What is the return policy?
14 days after receival of the package. Tushy studio is NOT responsible for stolen packages, once package is marked as delivered the shipping contract is considered legally fulfilled.
Are any purchases final sale?
Custom items and POD clothing are considered final sale. Final sale items will be identified in the description.
When will I get my order?
Orders will ship within 14 days. If an order will take longer to fulfill the studio will contact you.
Where are your products manufactured?
Non-POD products are produced either by AccStudios in the United States or by DentedPrinter in Canada. POD products, such as clothing, are produced by Printful.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
I submitted my order with a wrong address, help!
Tushy Studio is not liable for wrong addresses, it is the customer's responsibility to put the correct address into the system at time of purchase.
If you have placed an order to a wrong address and we have not shipped it yet please email us at hello@tushystudio.com and we will attempt to correct it but please note that we might not always be able to change the address.
If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address we are unable to cancel the order or provide a refund. Please contact the carrier to change the delivery address.
